**Who We Are**

**What You’ll Do**

The Enterprise Sales Director will handle complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts. One of their main responsibilities is to identify new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth. After conducting market research, they build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders. They play an active role in all phases of the sales lifecycle, including overseeing the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs.
- Develop and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to Provenir’s sales process
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline
- Design and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencers, and the competitors
- Work closely with internal Provenir teams to ensure smooth implementation upon sale
- Understand at a deep level how each account makes buying decisions
- Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure
- Contribute actively to ongoing informal and formal dialogue and feedback processes with internal teams at Provenir to advance the product and service roadmap

The person in this role can work remotely.

**Qualifications, Strengths and Skills**

**Experience **- 7+ years working in an enterprise sales environment with a minimum of 5 years working with the FinServ/Fintech industry

**Education - **Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated experience of enterprise-wide technical solution sales to banks
- Proven ability to successfully win a large enterprise deal from scratch
- Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing a client portfolio.
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence
- A strategic thinker and a meticulous, detail-orientated executor
- Strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record of quickly building credibility both internally and externally.
