**Pattern 1 (32 Hours) - 6am-2pm Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday (Days off Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday)**

**Pattern 2 (32 Hours) - 10am-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (Days off Monday, Thursday and Friday)**

**Pattern 3 & 4 (36 Hours) - 6pm-2am Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday. 6pm-10pm Friday (Days off Wednesday and Thursday)**

Are you passionate about promoting responsible gambling practices and safeguarding players' well-being? Look no further We are seeking a dedicated Safer Gambling Advisor to join our team at tombola.

As a Safer Gambling Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our commitment to player protection by conducting thorough financial reviews, safer gambling interactions, and affordability assessments. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our players' gambling activities remain within manageable limits and compliant with AML and regulatory standards.

**Role Purpose**

Safer gambling is at the core of everything we do, empowering our players to be more aware of their gambling behaviour and encourage the use of safer gambling tools.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recognise signs of increased risk or vulnerability.
- Collect detailed information & record this accurately.
- Attend Bi-weekly meetings & share best practice.
- Collect individual performance information.
- Share information with frontline CS/Community teams to encourage promotion of safer gambling in all interactions.
- Use player behaviour/activity to identify signs of problematic play.
- Complete risk assessments and act based on the level of risk identified.
- Keep up to date with any changes in regulation or important industry news.
- Complete Enhanced due diligence case files and investigations.
- Document review & verification.
- Attend & participate in ongoing training & development sessions.

**This role requires you to use your own equipment. This needs to be a laptop with a camera built in and the specifications we require are**:
Processor: 2.6GHz with 2-4 Cores
Memory: 8GB
Storage: 500GB - 1TB HDD or 256-512GB SSD (A system with a SSD (Solid state drive) Will have significantly higher performance, fault tolerance and longevity than that of one using a traditional hard drive)
Operating System: Windows 10
