Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Lead Finance Business Partner paying £90,000 - £110,000 plus exceptional bonus potential and a fantastic benefits package.

This status has been achieved through continuous organic growth and M&A activity. This has resulted in a period of consolidation, however its once again looking to lift its head and go on the offensive to expand even further.

Due to the size and ambitions of the business, it has the ability to rapidly accelerate the career of aspiring finance professionals into leadership positions.

**The Role**

The position of Lead Finance Business Partner is a newly created role as a result of the businesses continued growth, expansion and M&A activity reporting to a Head of Function. The team will perform the majority of the heavy lifting with the Lead Finance Business Partner consolidating and presenting the information to the most senior & Executives stakeholders within the business.

The key components of the role will include:

- Leading a team of qualified and part-qualified Accountants
- Business partnering with senior and executives level stakeholders
- Involvement in several high profile group projects
- Aiding decision making, direction and influencing strategic planning through bullet-proof financial analysis & true business partnering
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, P&L, planning, cost base management, project management, investment appraisal, new product/services due diligence etc.

We are keen to engage with individuals that meet the following criteria:

- Qualified Accountant with strong post qualification experience
- Strong people management skills, ideally teams of 3+
- Financial services sector experience - asset management, investments, life insurance, general insurance, pensions, retail banking etc (**ESSENTIAL**)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to liaise and influence senior and executive level stakeholders
