**About the role**

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing Experience team at Hallam. As an important member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering results to our largest clients as well as supporting, developing and growing the team to be one of Europe’s finest.

**Core responsibilities**
- Deliver user research discovery workshops with clients and work with our strategists to deliver research that sets our work up for success
- Establish user needs, map user journeys and work with our SEO teams to create a best-in-class site architecture
- Deliver exceptional function designs, from initial sketches through to prototypes, across platforms and devices using Figma and other tools
- Plan and lead user research projects, based on client objectives
- Conduct remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience
- Conduct site audits and work with our conversion specialists to unearth usability issues and opportunities for improvement
- Report and conduct analysis on Google analytics reports, research findings, and prioritise recommendations based on client and user needs
- Work in unity with other designers, developers, business analysts, engineers and project managers, both internally and with our clients
- Liaise regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives
- Take a leading role in developing new products and services, and iterating our agency processes

**What do we expect from you?**
- Proven UX or product design background, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Desire to work in unity with others to meet client goals and retain client accounts
- Ability to thrive and enjoy a dynamic, high-paced environment while juggling multiple projects in parallel
- Comfortable asking difficult questions to cut through the noise and get to the ‘why’ behind every task.
- Experience using industry tools such as Figma, Micro and Jira - but, we can help you upskill here if you’re an ardent Sketch or XD user

£35k - £40k dependent on experience.
