Do you have a **passion **for providing **high-quality care** and **leading a team**? We are looking for a **Clinical Lead** to join our team
**The Role**
As a Clinical Lead, you will be passionate about providing innovative care. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively within the home and support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional clinical standards and high-quality care.
**Day-to-day duties**:
- Assessment of residents’ needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate documentation on residents’ records.
- Support and develop clinical staff to actively promote and encourage as much personal independence and choice as possible within the activities of daily living.
- Ensure that CQC standards and legal obligations are met.
- Communicate with third parties including relatives and external organisations.
- Support unqualified staff with in-service training and keep abreast of current post-registration training.
- There will be some supernumerary time as the CL will be responsible for agreed delegated duties e.g. Auditing, Pre-Assessments of potential future residents, rota management, training etc.

**Job Requirements**
As a Clinical Lead, you will have:
- A relevant nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Solid understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements
