**What will you be doing?**

You will be helping to guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As the "hands on" person for the project, you will work closely with our Client Executive Assistant and the delivery team to bring each project to fruition, ensure every proeprty marketing capaign is the best we have ever created. You will then manage that property through the sales process.

We would love to find someone who has had experience in delivering world-class customer service and who not only has a positive can-do approach, but a "will-do" determination. You will need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people.

Training provided and no experience in the industry is required.

**SKILLS**

**Ideally you will have: -**
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to build great relationships with your project team and your clients alike
- Leadership and facilitation skills are essential so that you can motivate, support and lead your project team
- A passionate attention to detail to create beautiful, bespoke marketing materials
- problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key in order to find solutions for complex challenges that may arise
- The ability to pull together information and opinions from different sources, make decisions and form clear confident recommendations

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Altrincham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
