We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join our team.

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to learn and develop your skills in early years education. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in childcare and gain a recognised qualification in the field. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for all children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Support the daily routines of the nursery, including meal times, naps, and outdoor play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and record children’s progress and development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with young children
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of child development and early years practices
- Willingness to undertake training and study towards an early years qualification
- Previous experience in a childcare setting (preferred but not essential)
