**Purchase Ledger Assistant | Larkfield (Hybrid) | £25-30K**
Our client based in New Hythe near Larkfield, is looking to recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant Due to a period of growth, they are expanding their team. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be given full accountability for the whole purchase andsales ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation.

Key Role Deliverables
- Entering supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding is captured (Approx. 1200 invoices a month)
- Dealing with Staff expense submissions
- Accurate VAT entries in an international environment
- Opening new supplier accounts
- Monthly creditor ledger reconciliations
- Internal point of contact for payment/ approval queries and processes
- Ad hoc admin and other support activities for month end

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- Proven work experience in a Purchase Ledger role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience using accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient IT skills
- Strong Excel skills
