**What you will do?**

General accounting responsibilities covering the following:

- Checking, inputting and paying supplier bills and employee expenses
- Client invoicing
- HMRC reporting (VAT, P60s, P45s, P11Ds plus other statutory requirements)
- Administration of company’s pension scheme
- Administration of company’s private health care scheme
- Running payroll (after extensive training)

**What do we look for?**
- Qualified to AAT Level 2
- Experienced in using Excel
- Knowledge of running payroll on a computerised system (ideally Quickbooks but not essential)
- Adherence to strict sensitive and confidential company information requirements
- Someone happy to work within a small team
- Excellent work ethic and willingness to ‘get stuck in’
- Ability to commute to our head office within 45 minutes, which is located just outside of Reading

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
