**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly manor.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their preferences are met.
Prepare and serve a variety of delicious snacks, beverages, and light meals following established recipes and quality standards.
Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized snack bar area, including food preparation areas and equipment.
Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent service.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
