Manage parking area, assist with inquiries and enforce parking policies
- Control entry and exit points, verify identification and issue visitor passes
- Provide excellent customer service, assist with directions and maintain professionalism
- Conduct security inductions, explain procedures and ensure adherence to policies
- Respond to security incidents, document events and prepare detailed incident reports
