**Freezer Operative**

Northern Employment Services are currently recruiting for Freezer Operatives to join the expanding team of our client based in the Royton area on a temporary to permanent basis.

**Working hours**:
Sunday to Friday with Saturday and 1 day off mid-week.
8am to 4:30pm each day

**Pay Rate**:
£11.42 per hour

**Your duties as a Freezer Operative will include but not be limited**:

- Picking orders in extremely cold conditions within the freezers
- Working in freezers for periods of time, with regular breaks provided
- Taking instructions from paper, such as item, and locations
- Cleaning around the warehouse
- Using a PPT
- Stacking orders on PPT
- Working to KPI's
- Shrink Wrapping the order ready for despatch.

**As a Freezer Operative you will be**:

- Hard working and reliable
- Able to work in extremely cold conditions wearing full protective clothing.
- Have a good level of English.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail
- Due to the nature of the work, this role would involve lots of heavy lifting.

**Additional information**:

- Over time rate paid at 1.5X after 40 hours.
- Full freezer suit provided to protect against cold conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.42 per hour
