Airfreight Coordinator

Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading Supply-chain & Airfreight specialist actively seeking an experienced Airfreight professional to join their successful team in the Hampshire area.

Our client offer specialist and complete Supply-chain, Airfreight and Transport services on a UK and International coverage. The client have multi-million pound worldwide contracts and offer specialist logistics services in various public and private sectorindustries.

You will be joining a close knit and successful Logistics team who are looking for an experienced and proven Airfreight professional that is looking to get into an exciting and demanding sector in the supply-chain market and develop their skill set on along-term basis.

**Airfreight Supervisor Position Overview**

Within this role you will be overseeing complete Airfreight operations within the business. Working closely with the Operations and Supply-chain manager, to oversee Import, Export and Dangerous Goods management.

You will be dealing with internal and external customers and logistics companies on a daily basis in both UK and International markets so key account management and customer service skills will be essential.

**Airfreight Supervisor Position Requirements**
- IATA Qualified - Highly Desirable
- Proven experience working within Airfreight operations - Essential
- Knowledge of both Import & Export operations
- Knowledge of Customs operations
- Experience dealing with Dangerous / Hazardous goods - Highly Desirable
- Proven experience leading a team and managing in a Logistics sector - Highly Desirable

**Airfreight Supervisor Position Remuneration**
- Salary DOE - £27.5 - 37.5k
- Discretionary Bonus on top of Salary
