**Role Information**:
Countrystyle Recycling is a dynamic, family-run Waste Management and Recycling Company. We collect, handle, process, dispose and recycle almost all forms of waste. Our main facility, at Ridham in Sittingbourne, Kent, provides specialist services for the recycling of plasterboard, wood, mixed dry recyclables and the manufacture of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel).

Previous experience operating plant machines is required. Evidence of training/tickets is also desirable.

**Benefits**:

- 9.5 hour shift
- Monday to Sunday Rota
- If you work more than 60 hours, overtime may be available
- 4 weeks out of 5 on rota
- Company Pension
- On-site parking

**Hours**:

- Full time
- Permanent
- 7am to 4.30pm on rota (dependent on site)

**Salary**:

- Hourly rate £12.50 per hour with £1 top up for working nights
- Monthly KPI bonus
