**Workshop Fitter**

**Job description**:

- Undertake the maintenance of TechnipFMC and Customer owned Subsea equipment to company procedures and/or customer requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety, good working practices in all activities are adhered to at all times.
- Retrieve product information (drawings and DBI’s) from TFMC Intranet.
- Responsible for all relevant documentation/transaction being completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Responsible to complete tasks in allocated timeframe to meet on-time delivery and highlight any potential overruns to supervision.
- Promote and maintain a positive working attitude
- Carry out any tasks requested by Workshop Supervisor/Lead Fitter

- To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions.
- To co-operate fully with TechnipFMC, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with company vision and values.
- Responsible for the refurbishment, assembly and test of Subsea equipment to both TechnipFMC and Customer specified requirements.
- Authority to stop an unsafe act or condition without fear of reprisal and with the full backing of TechnipFMC Management.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- SAP modules transactions

**Experience and qualification**:

- Mechanical Apprenticeship minimum requirement (or equivalent experience), with relevant shop floor experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry (petroleum related rework business).
- Good communication skills
- PC literacy preferred.
- Positive and professional customer focused attitude to work.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/schematics.
