we are an independent business with a small team and Looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team, to be in charge of the day to day running of the pub and deliver a high standard of service making sure ever customer has the best possible experience.
Needs to have previous experience in leading a team and being cool Calm and collective on a busy service.
Needs to have a good food and beverage background with an understanding of food and wine.
smart appearance is essential with the ability to act as the face of the carpenters arms as we have an excellent reputation for our food and hospitality.
we require the applicants to be familiar with cellar work and maintenance as beer is a big part of what we do and you will be instrumental in helping this side of the business run smoothly.
you will work on a rota bases working 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday with the odd bank holiday.
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
