You help the team edit and remove things, organise and space plan, and pay meticulous attention to every detail, so our clients receive a service they love

**What you’ll be doing**
Under the direction of Lead Organiser you will support our team to edit and organise our client’s homes. You’ll understand what makes a room work well, what the team needs, and how you can best contribute to the successful delivery of the project. You’ll know what helps, how and when to do it.

Working as part of a 2 - 6 person team, you’ll work quickly and prioritise to deliver tasks to a high standard, whilst being aware of how the work you do supports the delivery of the project.

**You will**:

- Be informed, knowledgeable and skilled about different editing and organising techniques, and have a deep understanding of how to use those skills to benefit clients in different situations.
- Assist the Lead Organiser in guiding the client through the editing process, including practical support of moving and sorting rubbish/recycling/donations etc.
- Use your skills to organise spaces within the home, both independently and with other members of the team, under the direction of the Lead Organiser
- Be informed and knowledgeable about the ways to dispose of different items from clients’ homes and where appropriate share that information with the clients.
- Assist the Lead Organiser in installing product with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Assist in the management of the on-site product inventory.
- Record and share any changes/concerns/comments given by the client that might affect the progress/scope of the project.
- Take part in regular debriefs with the team to assess and improve working processes, including self-reflection and critical thinking about the success of a project.

**Why you?**
You’re a quick learner, detail oriented, highly organised and have a keen sense of the aesthetic. You’re friendly, polite, discrete and non-judgemental. For at least a year you’ve held a client facing, executive assistant or organising role and you keep getting better. You’re punctual, well-presented, unflappable and a fluent English speaker. You’re able to work on your feet for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects and be ready to get stuck in every day with enthusiasm and optimism

- You’re proactive, optimistic and enthusiastic, even when things are challenging
- You’re a natural optimiser, always looking for the little things that make a process or service better
- You’re confident with small DIY skills, such as picture hanging, moving and adjusting shelves, assembly of flat pack furniture etc.
- You’re familiar with the core concepts of editing and organising and your background demonstrates
