Our Runnymede Hill Veterinary Hospital could not function without our Receptionists. They are a vital component in caring for our clients in a busy and emotional environment.

This role has been created to support the current team. There are 3 receptionists per shift.

The hours are:
Week 1 Monday to Friday 8.30-1.30 Week 2 Monday to Friday 1.30-7, plus

Every other Saturday 8.45 - 4.15 and 1 in 8 Sundays 9-1 Averages at 31 hours per week

Our clients expect an exceptional service at all times and our Receptionists play a key role in managing many situations face to face, and over the telephone. Runnymede Hill Veterinary Hospital is a busy small animal hospital. We are looking for motivated, organised, positive individuals who thrive in a busy environment.

You are the link between our clients and the clinical team.
Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Your great client service during a client’s visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit.
You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our practice management System and so computer literacy is a must.

As social media co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
