Due to maternity, we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join us on a 9 month FTC. You will be the main point of contact seeing orders all the way through to delivery, dealing with any issues that arise in that time and keeping communication withthe customer at all times.

**LOCATION**: Nottingham - UK - Hybrid Working

**JOB SPECIFICATION**: As a Sales Support Executive, you will sit within an 18-strong team. The main responsibilities will be:

- Working as the main point of contact for customers when passed an order from the sales team.
- Processing orders and data on the CRM systems.
- Handling telephone-based customer order queries, managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Managing backorders and suggesting alternative products for the customer should there be any stock issues.

This is a fulltime role, working Monday - Friday. You will initially need to be in the office 5 days a week for training and following this, you will need to be in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days at home. This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an end-to-end, positive experience.
- Experience within an order processing or similar administration background would be advantageous.
