**Handyperson/Gardener Part-time; varied, flexible hours to suit**

**Immediate Start Available**

Main activities will be at various residential and commercial locations around the Newbury and Thatcham area. Basic gardening; lawn cutting, hedge trimming etc. plus some painting, furniture removals, fencing etc. All tools can be provided if required.

**Core Duties**:
Gardening

General property maintenance and upkeep

Moving furniture

Be multi skilled and highly organised

Experienced in all aspects of property maintenance

Reliability and flexibility is a key attribute

Physically fit and active

Hold an up-to-date and full driver’s licence

Could suit recently retired person

**Package**

The position promises to be varied and interesting.

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience and hours

Fully insured vehicle and all tools can be provided

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
