**Purpose of the Role**

This exciting remote based Strategic MI Analyst opportunity has arisen to join our MI & Analytics team to provide a dedicated resource to support strategic MI development and implementation.

This role will enable a dedicated focus on expanded sales, cross sales, retention and placement deals. It will also maximise future benefits of Ardonagh Advisory’s deliverables, embedding predictive capabilities within operational MI to prioritise salesactivity.

**What you will do**

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:

- Produce reports and analysis summarising the placement strategy performance of individuals, branches, areas and business regions.
- Support strategic MI Development and implementation for ongoing and future group projects.
- Work closely with core business teams to understand needs and requirements, allowing for prioritised project plans and be able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
- Provide ongoing monthly reporting within a timely manner for Exec pack production.
- Collate, manage and respond to queries, questions and adjustments from the MI and Insight management team.
- Manage external data sources and escalate issues affecting report delivery.
- Interpret MI requirements and produce varying reports depending on the target end user.
- Understand project plans and be able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
- Provide continuous evaluation of the performance of existing products

**Who we are looking for**

This is an opportunity for an experienced MI Analyst with experience from an insurance environment, ideally a broker, who is willing to work as part of a team and manage stakeholders at all levels. We are looking for someone has:

- Knowledge of the general insurance market, products, terms and their meanings.
- Understanding of how an insurance broker operates.
- Experience with MI Reporting and data analysis
- Experience using BI Tools to express and transform data at an intermediate level or higher.
