Sales Progressor

We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a reputable independent Estate Agency in central Brighton, progressing the sales of new homes and traditional residential properties.

**Salary £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience**

**Commission = £35,000 OTE**

**Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30**

**Central Brighton Office**

**Experience in sales progression is required**

You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale, making sure that all parties in the chain are aware of the required time scales.

You'll be communicating and coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisor, other estate agents, and members of your own team to manage high volumes of transactions.

Key duties:

- Looking after a portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
- Speaking to all parties within the transaction to provide consistent updates
- Sending out memorandum of sales, chasing access calls
- Dealing with surveys and renegotiations
- Helping clients fill out paperwork and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
- Maintaining and updating detailed notes throughout the course of the transactions
- Managing clients' expectations throughout the process
- Liaising with surveyors and arrange access for valuation and surveys
- Assisting in communication between all stakeholders and providing updates when appropriate
- Assisting in organising completion targets

Required experience:

- Experience in sales progression
- Resilient and positive attitude with a polite and professional approach
- A willingness to learn and develop within the estate agency and new homes industry
