**About the Role**
The Credit Control team owns the remit to minimise the amount of Customer debt being owed to Addison Lee from our Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer base.
The larger Global, Key and Major account debt is collected by team members who work very closely with our Sales Account Management, Cash & Bank, Invoicing and Customer Experience team colleagues to ensure that we are all joined-up to co-own the debt position and the relationship with these Customers.
The role is key for the effective management of cash flow for our Working Capital needs DSO and Aged Debt reduction.

**Reporting Lines**
This role reports to Billing & Collections Manager
**Hours**
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm 37.5 hours a week
**Requirements**:
**Main Accountabilities**
- Make a positive contribution to B2B debt collection performance and service standards and targets achieved
- Manage a ledger with value ranging to £1.5m on monthly basis
- Manage dunning process
- Ensure the prompt and timely collection of overdue accounts
- Resolve queries in a proficient and timely manner
- Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are adhered to
- Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Build relationships with Sales, senior management and Clients
- Perform account reconciliations and cash allocations of Client Accounts
- Ad-hoc duties required

- Credit Collection experience - minimum 2 years
- Target driven
- Excellent telephone manner for outbound and inbound calls
- Pro-active with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Understand the needs of our internal and external Customers
- Excellent team player; approachable, confident and prepared to work in a lively environment
- Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive and organised
- Numerate with strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
