**WE ARE NOW RECRUITING A CLEANING SUPERVISOR WITH PROGRESSION TO OFFICE SUPPORT ROLE. This is a permanent role MON - FRI 9 am to 2.30/3.00pm**

**MUST live with in 20 min drive to South Croydon **

The role will include 2 areas of work.
- **The first being the cleaning work as described below **_
- Cleaning domestic homes to a high professional standards using the MOLLY MAIDS clean way ( this will help understanding of the business, to aid the office role )
- Carry out deep cleaning / and quality control checks to understand specifics covered to ensure you can train new staff when undertaking office support role.
- Carry out simple cleaning tasks in HQ.
- Cover cleaning duties for when staff are sick and on holidays.
- Delivery the best quality service to the customers.
- Communicating with the office and customers.
- Always have a professional conduct.
- **The second side of the role will be administrative support to the HQ office in CROYDON ( Kenely).**_
- Help Manage staff and client rota on company IT Systems.
- Answering telephone calls in a polite professional manner.
- Helping office manager to organise the office.
- includes filling, chasing payments, allocating payments,invoicing, etc
- Visiting clients to **sell the MOLLY MAID service.**:

- Ensure stock of cleaning materials maintained/ ordered.
- Work in close contact with owner of business to help grown from strength to strength and develop and maintain a good work ethos

**Desired knowledge, skills and qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the cleaning industry.
- Good Knowledge of Computer systems and IT knowledge.
- Ability to navigate a computer and software’s ( training provided )
- Good social media recruitment skills.
- Good professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to develop sales skills to sell the MOllY MAID service to prospective clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
