An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Whisky Advisor to join our highly driven team of Whisky, Wines & Spirits Specialists within Gordon and MacPhail.
- A passion and knowledge for Scotch Whisky and the drinks industry as a whole
- Knowledge and experience in conducting Whisky tastings and presenting would be desirable
- Experience of nosing & tasting whisky and an understanding of the production process
- Confident in approaching and building rapport with customers from around the world
- Experience of Social Media Marketing
- A clear and engaging communicator with excellent sales skills
- Hold a WSET level 2 wine and spirit trust certificate is desirable.
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Previous experience in whisky, wines and spirits retail or hospitality is an advantage.
