Security Officer

**Opportunity**:

This full-time, in-house, permanent position focuses on day shifts and is located across multiple prestigious locations in London, including Knightsbridge and Mayfair. We are looking for an individual with significant experience and an SIA Licensed Door Supervisor or Close Protection background. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform door supervisory duties with high standards, ensuring the security and safety of the designated areas.
- Carry out thorough checks to prevent unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit points, including monitoring restricted areas.
- Resolve conflicts and handle emergencies with composure, adhering to protocols.
- Offer prompt and professional assistance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team and external partners to maintain seamless security operations.
- Document incidents accurately, maintaining detailed logs and reports.
- Uphold company policies and legal requirements, demonstrating top-tier professionalism.
- Use appropriate techniques and equipment to serve as an effective deterrent to threats.
- Regularly patrol and inspect the premises to identify and address security risks.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor / Close Protection License.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in security, demonstrating reliability and excellence.
- Age 25 or above.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Physically fit and capable of managing challenging situations.
- Skilled in communication and conflict resolution, able to interact with diverse groups effectively.
- Keen situational awareness and sound judgment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to instructions.
- Must pass a comprehensive background and drug screening.
- Additional training in first aid, conflict management, or risk assessment is beneficial.
