**Fleet Administrator** based at **Jaguar Land Rover Experience,** Fen End, Warwickshire.

The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres.

Department

Within the Jaguar Land Rover Experience we have an obligation, and a need to provide the customers with excitement and a memorable experience.

Jaguar Land Rover Experience Fleet support all the Experience venues with the very latest product to showcase to pending customers and enthusiasts. The Fleet department is overall key to the general logistics throughout the business both UK and overseas activities.

**The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.**

**Key Responsibilities**

This role is responsible for supporting the Global Fleet team in the provision of customer facing vehicles to meet event demands ensuring the JLR Global vehicle processes and procedures are fulfilled.
- New / replacement specification liaison of JLR Experience vehicles.
- Creation and ordering of all vehicle fleets.
- Progressing of vehicle builds and specification changes.
- Vehicle tax requirements.
- Programming and de-fleeting fleet vehicles in accordance with Company Policies.
- Coordinate with Events team on vehicle bookings for Central fleets.
- Fleet vehicle transport for all event requirements incl. Requesting vehicle carnets / Overseas packs preparation and Vehicle Insurance.
- Liaison with Vehicle Compound on requested vehicles.
- Daily reporting and stocktakes.
- InControl Admin - vehicle activation logging system.

**Measure of Success**
- Operational efficiency (utilisation rates of vehicles and people)
- Working across the Venue teams to support bookings and maintain relationships.
- Audit conformance - Bookings and inactive vehicles.

**Skills, experience and qualifications required**
- A process focused individual.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Time management - Must be organised, and able to prioritise workload balancing multiple projects.
- Customer first approach.
- Automotive product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working with fleet management systems and desirable of experience with VISTA2 / Salesforce.
- Knowledge of vehicle Tachographs (admirable, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points and have held licence for more than 2 years.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Outlook, Teams.

This role requires the employee(s) to drive Land Rover fleet vehicles. Therefore the following insurance rule applies:

- Must be 21 years & over, hold a full driving licence and have done so for the last twelve months, have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving, know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving, nor suffering from any physical and, or, mental condition which would restrict or impair ones alertness or driving ability._

**Salary**: £27,400.00 per year
