Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to office and engineering staff.
- Handle incoming calls courteously and helpfully.
- Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Learn and use admin and accounts software.
- Organise both manual and electronic files efficiently.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and contribution to team success.
