**Payout Administrator, New Business Operations**

**Job Type: Full Time Permanent**

**Start dates: Flexible**

**Location: Central Cardiff**

**Hours: Hybrid working on a shift pattern**

**The Role**:
As a Payout Administrator you will be responsible for;
- Undertake all necessary procedural checks for new business such as verifying vehicle details, applicant credit searches. Ensure all information and documentation is present and correct
- Complete all administration tasks which accompany new business proposals and payout
- Complete customer security calls to verify identity
- Engage with other departments such as Fraud team and Dealer Oversight teams. Also assisting account managers, customers and other third parties with general queries

**Shift patterns**
- 1 week of Monday to Friday 9-5 and 1 week of Monday to Friday 10-6 on rotation.
- Every 2-3 weeks you will work 2 x 12-8 shifts back to back
- 1 Saturday in 3 - either 9-5 or 10-6 and 1 Sunday every 8-12 weeks 10-5.
- When weekends are worked you will have the time back during the following week.
