**Life on the team**

Junior Customer Stories Marketing Writer is responsible for planning and creating customer reference marketing collateral which helps sales team differentiate in their campaigns.

**What you'll do**
- Create and update high quality, effective marketing documentation, including references, case studies, slides, service descriptions, web material and intranet content. This will be used primarily for external marketing purposes, either to enable sales teams to differentiate and compete in their markets, or to educate those who support them
- Preparation and planning of content, including resources, project plan, work packages, milestones and deadlines
- Aligning content to Computacenter’s differentiators at a market, customer and value proposition level, making sure that they are applied as relevant to all collateral.
- Ensures that all collateral meets company brand guidelines
- References and case studies written in such a way as to give evidence to identified proof points.
- Liaises with other teams within Group Development to ensure that materials produced are consistent across the division.
- Liaises with business stakeholders as required by writing activities to ensure a good understanding of the business area concerned.
- Liaises across countries to ensure that material is customized where necessary for specific country use.
- Participation of/in projects to increase effectiveness / efficiency of presales projects
- Ability to formulate good content which is targeted on Computacenter differentiators

**What you'll need**

Essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
- Good command of the written and spoken French and or German language
- Good degree of self-organization and work engagement
- Structured, purposeful way of working, even in critical situations
- Integrative skills and good social skills to acquire information

Desirable
- Experience with sales, proposal or reference writing processes
- Good working knowledge of Computacenter processes (especially sales)
- A strong network within Computacenter
- Knows the Computacenter Portfolio
- Experience with sales, proposal or reference writing processes
