Mac Operator

We are looking for a Mac Operator to Support the account managers by highlighting issues e.g. image quality, missing files at earliest opportunity to keep to successful timelines.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Amend and check artwork, Re-sizing, checking bleeds, over print issues.
- Creative input at stages typically in the form of image crops, wall layouts, typography.
- Align proof packs to supplied job bag/paperwork and proofing to account management team. Offering clear information of what is required if issues arise to allow you and us to make the work the best it can be.
- Quality assurance and pre-press checks are part of the responsibility, so a good eye for detail and a knowledge of the production process are a real must have.
- Cutting files for Zund and Kongsberg machines, CNC routers then Vutek and Latex printers.
- Working with clients and their important brand identities.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:

- A knowledge of Fiery RIP’s is a bonus to utilise the automation of tiling and preparing cut files, training can be given so not essential to have.
- Previous experience in the role is essential, problem-solving ideas from previous experiences. All internal process training is given, with full support from the studio and management team at each stage.
- A keen eye for colour and colour correcting is a plus.
