My client one of the leading strategic partners to large multinational companies around the world, who's goal is to transform and manage their clients businesses by unlocking the value of technology, is expanding their Life Science division and require anexperienced Life Science Manager/ Senior Manager to join their highly skilled team to work on some of their most advanced and ground breaking projects to date.

Your role a a Life Science Manager Consultant
- Drive transformational change for clients and their customers
- Help create visionary direction that maximises market opportunity
- Lead delivery and strategy to develop and grow the team and its impact on clients
- Demonstrate account leadership collaborating with the the companies global capabilities and leading strategy execution
- Ensure effective delivery and timely completion of projects
- Bring presence and gravitas to initiate manage and maintain executive relationships
- Understand and scope out client challenges and potential solutions, to both sell & deliver high impact consulting and technology enabled business transformation work.

What you will bring as a Life Science Manager Consultant
- Bring strong personal skills and the ability to overcome internal barriers through the use of drive, determination and influencing skills.
- The ability to work in mixed teams of colleagues and senior executives and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- You will embody the attributes of a modern servant leader and be a role model for others
- You'll enjoy building and managing teams, providing direction and helping others to achieve their potential
- You'll demonstrate professionalism and flexibility, adjusting positively to shifting priorities or ambiguity

What you will need as a Life Science Manager Consultant
- Minimum of 6 years within the consulting industry
- Minimum of 3 years in Life Science consulting
- Commercial acumen (Managing budgets, Sales)
- Experience of building large teams providing direction and helping development of others
- Driving work-streams in large transformation implementations
- Proven record of C suite stakeholder management
