Our Bakkavor business in Bo’ness, based near Falkirk, specialises in the production of fresh, high quality salad products working primarily with premium retailers. To give you a sense for the scale of manufacturing in Bo’ness we produce over 70million salad based meals and side dishes from our 2 manufacturing facilities employing over 1200 people in the town.

**The Role**:
**Typical duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility of export inbound due diligence including management of internal systems, verification of supplier due diligence.
- Verification of outbound accuracy and investigation/response to any internal or external queries.
- Coordinate and contribute to monthly vet attestation audits. Coordinate product traces with operations team, collating relevant raw materials due diligence, populating vet attestations.
- Review, amend and manage the internal export procedures.
- Maintain open communications with all teams involved and communicating the impacts on the process where appropriate.
- Supporting site raw materials team in collating due diligence and liaising with suppliers on any emerging issues.
- The role requires a quick learner who can handle large volumes of data and is accurate with their work.

- Excellent time management
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, decision making and communication skills, alongside the ability to analyse basic information, summarising and reporting this in a clear, competent manner.
