**The Role**
By developing a tactical community strategy, you will ensure customers receive an exceptional experience on the company websites and and social platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Planning, the Content Manager will plan and optimise the contentstrategy. This role will ensure on a day to day basis customers receive engaging content.In addition, this role will create boundary-pushing brand and retention campaigns across key annual events such, including main stream TV show sponsorships.
- Key responsibilitiesinclude;- Manage the content team to give exceptional customer service and content
- Develop the content strategy
- Develop the social media engagement strategy
- Manage social media content creation and delivery
- Ensure brand and communications are consistent across multiple platforms
- Report on campaign performance

**The Person**
- Experience in managing a small team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to digest a large amount of information and present clearly
- Ideally with a journalism degree

**Salary and Working Arrangement**
Hybrid working and a competitive salary - this role can be based in either The North East or Leeds
