Online Marketing Finance Executive Location - Chertsey Salary - £122.88 to £142.88 per day Duration - Rolling contract Hours

Summary of an Online Marketing Finance Executive The DTC Online Finance Marketing Executive will sit within the DTC Marketing Team, who are responsible for all CRM, Performance Marketing and our Direct to Consumer Ecommerce Store. They will support in finance operations support (70% of time) and provide admin support for our members programme. Responsibilities of an Online Marketing Finance Executive
- To handle the end-to-end process of DTC marketing spend. From raising a “PP” Plan Proposal, to issuing the “PO” purchase order for DTC projects.
- Liaison with relevant team members to ensure plans and critical metric forms are processed in accordance with the BQMS / SAP ways of working in order to raise PP and PO’s on time
- Work with your Marketing team to raise PO’s for marketing projects in accordance with approved process (seeking briefs /estimates / SOW management / raising PP’s and PO’s)
- Creation of all PPs and PO’s based on agreed plans and marketing budget
- Ensure that all costs are tracked and captured on the budget tracker documents and shared with the DTC team.
- Attend finance and team status meetings to update the team on financial status of projects
- Trouble shoot / work closely with the finance team to ensure the timely delivery of all documentation required for the processing of PO’s and invoices (proof of execution across channels)
- Confirm delivery confirmations with team members so that vendors are able to invoice on time
- Annually support the DTC Budget Owners and Commercial Finance Team setup the yearly marketing budget in advance including setup of campaign budgets, collection of project scopes, agency RFPs, SOWs etc.
- Ensure we forecast budget spend correctly on an annual, quarterly & monthly basis and that month end is as accurate as possible, chase teams in advance and ensure we meet all relevant deadlines
- Work with the legal team to process statement of work documents and other cost related documentation
- Work with the legal team to submit all creative through our legal approval system (CPMS)
- Liaise with other external agencies and suppliers to ensure compliance with all financial processes related to the execution of agreed marketing activities
- Have a high level of understanding of the different financial/procurement/legal processes as well as internal systems
- Run Marketing Finance Process training sessions for new starters and refresher sessions for existing team members and ensure the team follow the marketing expenditure policy.
- Support the teams with tasks where needed.
- Liaise with wider team members, legal and agencies to seek approval and delivery of marketing content
- Report on Members performance for key campaign deliverables
- Support delivery of Members activity as required by line manager. Key competencies of an Online Marketing Finance Executive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £122.88-£142.88 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
