Our client seeks a high calibre experienced Property professional for their busy offices in Rugby.

**Job Description**:

- Day to day property maintenance issues and reactive issues
- Ensuring clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
- Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
- Invoice management and processing
- Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the client
- Manage the process relating to insurance claims
- Arranging gas safety certificates
- Arranging Property Inspections
- Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages and liaising with tenancy deposit scheme where necessary
- Comply with lettings
- administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
- Provide exceptional client service

Person Specification:

- Previous experience in property maintenance or something similar
- Excellent team worker
- Excellent IT skills
- Have the ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Must be a car driver as the role will involve visiting properties

Additional Information:

- Based in Rugby
- £20,000 - £22,000
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm + role to include out of hours emergency calls.
