Transport Analyst

Unipart Logistics (UL) has secured a contract to run the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire. The operation will be housed at Jaguar Land Rover’s new 2.94m square foot Mercia campus, oneof the largest UK warehouse developments for a single customer.
With a multimillion-pound major facility investment program already underway, promising a unique state-of-the-art facility, we require an experienced Transport Reporting Analyst to join us for this prestigious and exciting opportunity. You will be responsiblefor the development, execution, quality and maintenance of transport reporting covering inbound and outbound, on behalf of our customer Jaguar Land Rover.
**Transport Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive and detailed reporting for the customer on all inbound and outbound shipments globally, covering all transport modes.
- Utilising various data sources to interrogate shipment visibility and to provide complete visibility to the customer with accuracy and quality.
- Develop reporting that is graphically pleasing and provides a good aid in giving the customer regular updates on shipment status, linked to the carrier data to provide full visibility and transparency of all shipments.

**Transport Analyst Requirements**:

- Data analytics experience - to provide business insight and reporting, with a good eye for detail
- Ability to produce dashboards and create report creation that meet business requirements, technical specifications, and give key information

- Flexible and committed to achieving team/site objectives
- Target/results driven
- Ability to cope with the demands of a fast-moving and ever-changing set of priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills

**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time. 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £29,000 per annum
