Sales Administrator

Camfil UK has 2 production sites based in Lancashire and Kent. Globally, the Camfil group employs over 5000 people and has headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
We have an opportunity based at our Haslingden site for someone to join our admin department within customer services as a:
SALES ADMIN
Working in a small team you will provide admin support to the customer services team.
**In summary the role will involve**:
- Invoicing
- Order Entry
- Raising Credit notes
- Switchboard
- Scanning
**Knowledge and Skills needed in this role**:
- Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
- Be an excellent communicator and have an ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail is essential.
**Hours of work**
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday. On occasion there may be a need to work extra hours depending on job demands.
