Unitemps are working with a small organisation based in Wootton Wawen who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to support with administrative work across the business. This is a hybrid working role, with the potential for temp to perm for the right person.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
- Responding to questions and requests for information

**Skills and experience**
- Worked in an administrative or accounts role previously
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is computer literate
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
