With over 40 operational windfarms we manage all of our sites through our world leading Control Centre at Whitelee Windfarm, near Glasgow.

**_What you’ll be doing_**
Reporting to the Head of Resources and business support, the Training Planner will be responsible for
the training and development of internal resources to support the growth of the global offshore wind
projects within the Offshore Renewables business globally. (UK, US, Spain, APAC).

The role shall be responsible for ensuring that internal resources are trained within the required timelines
to deliver appropriately skilled resources to projects and departments and will be responsible for the
preparation and coordination of annual training plans, budgets, competency profiles, training catalogues.

The role holder shall act as the main point of contact for the Offshore Business Globally and all HR
jurisdictions where Renewables Offshore is present by ensuring & coordinating effective delivery of the
resource development programmes.

The resources throughout the Offshore Renewables department have the ability to work globally, and
therefore, the Resource Development Team Lead will implement talent planning, development and
training tools that function on a global scale. In alignment with the local HR teams and guidelines, the
role holder will ensure that a consistent and clear approach to training and development is applied to all
Offshore roles that exist across various countries.
