We are recruiting for an **Academy Admin Support** to join our HCPA team of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference. **What does the role of Academy Admin Support** **involve?**

As the team Administrator, you will be working with and supporting the whole team of Customer Service Specialists, Engagement Leads and Academy Manager with everything admin, enabling the Academy to develop and grow.
- Your day-to-day duties will include:_

3. Assembling and sending Welcome Packs for new affiliates

4. Inputting accurate data into CRM, managing data, running reports, importing & exporting data

5. Ensuring database is kept up to date and communications are logged

6. Validating certificates added to the Academy

7. Marketings - preparing marketing materials for events, stock take and contribute to ideas for social media posts, newsletters and website

9. Creating surveys, obtaining, and monitoring service feedback and case studies from both care providers and care professionals.

10. Any general tasks as requested which contribute to the smooth running of HCPA and the Care Professional Academy.

- Be able to work as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £20,900.00 per year
