**Matchday Stewards (Casual Contract)**

The Superstadium Management Company is looking to recruit Stewards to join our team at the MKM Stadium in Hull on a casual basis. By becoming a steward, we will provide you with the opportunity to become part of the match-day experience for Hull City and Hull FC.

Availability to work home matches is essential, which take place on weekends, mid-week evenings and Bank Holidays. Full training will be provided and we will support you to achieve an NVQ level 2 in spectator safety.

**Rate of Pay**:£11.20 per hour

**Contract Type**: Casual contract

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a Steward you will be directly involved in engaging with supporters including offering directions, patrolling the grounds, dealing with problems as they arise, and providing an overall safe environment for all home and away supporters to enjoy.Based at the legendary MKM Stadium, the role of Steward is pivotal in ensuring the overall match day experience is one to remember, providing excellent levels of customer service, whilst ensuring the safety of all who attend the stadium.

**Salary**: £11.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hull, HU3 6HU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
