Gp Receptionist

Broom road Medical Practice is seeking a Receptionist/Care Navigator to join our small hard working and friendly practice team. You will work with the Reception team together with our dedicated Clinical and administration staff. You will be the first point of contact for most patients either when they call or us, or when we contact them so a bright engaging disposition is essential. You will be required to assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous and efficient manner

5) Flexible and adaptable to the Practice needs

6) Ability to work to deadlines and to prioritize
7) Ability to work discreetly and maintain high levels of confidentiality

**USE OF EMIS essential** as is medical surgery reception experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
