Academic Ltd are searching for cover supervisors and teaching staff to work on a supply basis in mainstream secondary schools across Hungerford, West Berkshire. Academics Ltd are looking to be in a position where we can support local schools with their supplyrequirements. We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.

- Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
- Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
- Have a degree
- Have previous expereince in managing a large group of children
- Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
- The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a good behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
- Able to work in Hungerford, West Berkshire
