We are looking for a **Financial Controller** to join a growing international finance team based in Swindon. This role offers a unique chance to partner with the wider business whilst adding value by providing meaning to the numbers.

**What would you be doing as Financial Controller?**
- Manage the preparation of the management accounting process, from consolidating business operating units through to value-adding variance analysis.
- Owning the production of the cyclical budgeting and planning for international entities.With a key focus on cash management and balance sheet control.
- Manage a close-knit team of 4 accounting professionals to work cohesively and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring any reconciling items are fully understood and highlighted.
- Provide appropriate and detailed cash flow management.This would include the consolidation of international operations and forecasting.
- Partner with local advisors to ensure alignment with local regulatory compliance (including statutory accounting requirements).

**What are we looking for?**
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post qualified experience
- A people person who can manage and motive direct line reports and partner with international stakeholders, both internal and external
- Confident individual who can spot anomalies and drive through to resolution
- Strong excel knowledge
