CNC Machinist

We currently have the fantastic opportunity for a manufacturing technician to join our clients team based in Speke working within precision engineering.

The role will see you working to fine tolerances producing high quality products.

**Role**: Manufacturing Technician

**Location**:Speke

**Shifts**: Mon - Wed 5:55am - 5:40pm (Inc 1 hour of paid breaks)

Thu - Sat 5:55am - 5:40 pm (Inc 1 hour of paid breaks)

**Salary**:Negotiable (DOE)

**The Role**
- Setup and operation Mazak Integrex machine tools
- Use of hard gauging and CMM equipment to ensure product quality working with fine tolerances
- Working in stainless steels and heat resistant super alloys
- Requires strong understanding of ISO programming

**Essential**
- Time-served with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in setting and operating in a precision manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of setting and operating multi-axis CNC turn/mill machining centres
- Experience in setting and operating of twin spindle machines
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
- Use of Microsoft office

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth control
- Experience of twin turret machining

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£99,999.00 per year
