Executive Promo Producer

We are looking for a Exec Promo Producer to manage a team of senior producers and producers across multiple areas. In this exciting new you you will lead a team, own project and department budgets and ensure the correct production workflows are being adhered to. This role would suit an individual with a wealth of experience across shoot, print, digital and broadcast production as well as leadership and management

What you’ll do:
- Driving excellence- Accountable for production across area of promos- Forward plan for the year ahead based on strategy and business priorities- Accountable for production process and implementation across teams- Lead and develop a team of producers- Overall financial reporting responsibility on projects- Ownership of the Legal/ Contractual process with 3rd Parties and Sky’s legal teams- Leadership

What you’ll bring:
- 8yrs + production experience (within promo and advertising production)- Proven experience running a production team- Have a thorough understanding of production including live-action, print, motion GFX and Digital- Proven ability to deliver new technologies- A clear understanding of the creative and marketing process- Thorough understanding of asset delivery- Thorough financial grounding with a proven ability to budget, cost save and track- Ability to foster excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, external partners and colleagues- Ability to present clear and coherent narratives in a confident manner- Ability to deliver under pressure within a fast pace environment

As part of Sky’s Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky’s in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.

Our work is varied, from Broadcast Design teams embedded in Sky Sports to specialist digital performance marketing teams, brand Advertising and Masterbrand ownership. We are leading the way in an industry wide trend for in-housing and day in day out we are relentless in raising the standards of our work.
