We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity to join the team here at Harrogate Spring Water as a Production Operative, as part of our shift team.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, working on a day/night shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts. In addition to being able to drive a forklift, key responsibilities within the role will include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate our various machinery to ensure production is maintained, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring key targets are achieved
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor product quality during the production process and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Complete machine change-overs in an efficient and safe manner, in accordance with agreed processes
- Ensure high standards of safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the facility
- Collaborate with wider team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Work in accordance with all Health and Safety Requirements and Operating procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience within a similar working environment
- Safety focused
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Mechanical aptitude, able to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Previous experience with food safety regulations and practices, including HACCP principles would be advantageous
- Fork Lift Licence required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, with ability to prioritise for the benefit of the wider function.
