**About the Family**:
An UHNW private family residing in Chelsea is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny/Governess for their 8-year-old daughter. The family consists of the principal and her intelligent yet sometimes inattentive daughter. This is a full time position with the family and they’re looking for someone to remain with them well into the future.

**Responsibilities**:
1. School Run: Ensure a smooth morning and afternoon school run, ensuring the child is punctual and well-prepared.

2. Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious breakfast and dinner for the child, taking into consideration any dietary preferences or restrictions.

3. After-School Homework: Provide assistance with homework and engage in educational activities that promote the child's learning and development.

4. Companionship: Keep the child company during periods when the mother is unavailable due to work commitments, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

5. Supervision and Rule Enforcement: Implement a clear set of rules and expectations for the child, providing a structured and disciplined environment. Exercise a firm yet nurturing approach to guide the child's behaviour.

6. Educational Activities: Organise and engage the child in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to stimulate her intellectual and creative development.

7. Health and Safety: Ensure the well-being and safety of the child at all times, including maintaining a tidy and child-friendly environment.

8. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with the principal regarding the child's progress, activities, and any concerns or developments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Proven experience as a Nanny/Governess, with a strong background in childcare and education.

2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build a positive and supportive relationship with the child.

4. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

5. First aid and CPR certification preferred.

6. Previous experience working with families in a similar setting.

7. A clear understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
