Our client now has a requirement for a Tool Pre Setter.

365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier to Mazak.

The Tool Pre-setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting tooling for our CNC machines in accordance to our quality standards and job specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and adjust tooling for CNC machines.
- Use measuring tools, such as Zoller Tool Pre-setter, micrometres and gauges to ensure tooling is set up correctly.
- Ensure tooling is in good condition and meets quality standards.
- Communicate with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure tools are set up correctly and production runs smoothly.
- Maintain and organise tooling inventory.
- Liaise with tooling companies to manage inventory and monitor trial tooling.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have the aptitude to maintain daily activities.
- Attendance at regular meetings to give updates on relevant issues.
- Maintain safe work practices and work in align with Health and Safety procedures.
- Keep work area clean and organised.
- Other duties as required by Supervisor.
